Recirculating cleaning utilizes two original parallel ash pipelines to form a loop, creating a circulation system with the cleaning pump station. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added, which circulates within the ash water pipes for cleaning. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. Continuous cleaning without shutdown

The process involves continuously injecting a specific amount of acidic fluid while operating the ash conveying pipeline, simultaneously introducing a certain amount of ash conveying pipeline cleaning inhibitor and pipeline cleaning descaler for open-loop cleaning. The primary function of the cleaning aids is to promote the reaction between the acidic fluid and the ash scale within a certain concentration and flow rate, while also enhancing its solubility in water and reducing the generation of air blockage, ensuring the quality of ash pipeline cleaning.

The procedure is as follows: First, estimate the required acid amount based on the total scale in the pipeline before cleaning. Then, calculate the acid addition rate and the flow rate of the ash-carrying pipe by considering the flow rate of the gray water and the acidity. During cleaning, take a sample at the front end of the ash pipe every 30 minutes to test the acidity, and strictly control it by adjusting the acid flow rate. In the later stage of cleaning, test the pH value at the end of the ash pipe every 15 minutes. When the pH value reaches a certain level and remains unchanged for 30 minutes, the cleaning process can be deemed complete.

Pipe Scale

(1) Classified by chemical composition, they can be categorized into carbonate scale, sulfate scale, silicate scale, and mixed scale. The main components of carbonate scale are calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate; the main components of sulfate scale and silicate scale are calcium sulfate and silicate compounds, respectively; mixed scale is usually a mixture of the above three types.

(2) Categorized by physical properties, there are two types: scale that firmly adheres to the pot shell and pipe walls, and sediment that is loosely textured and easily detachable.
