Regenerative Adsorption Dryer without Heat
Operating Principle:
The Heatless Regenerative Adsorption Dryer is a device that dries compressed air using the principle of pressure change. Under pressure, it adsorbs water vapor from the compressed air, thereby drying the compressed air; during depressurization, a portion of the dried compressed air is used to sweep and desorb the adsorbent, thereby reactivating and regenerating it. The two towers alternate in this cycle, producing dried compressed air. Therefore, the Heatless Regenerative Adsorption Dryer does not require an additional cooling process, as the adsorption and desorption regeneration of the adsorbent are completed within the heatless regeneration process.
