Our IBC containers are made with brand new high-density polyethylene material, featuring an outer jacket of galvanized steel tube grating welded for durability, and a base with a four-way fork full steel pallet for secure placement and stability.

After using the IBC tote, we need to clean the residual material inside and outside the IBC tote.

If there are residues on the inside of the drum that are difficult to clean with water, use a solvent to neutralize them, then attach a brush to an electric drill to remove the residues, and finally rinse with clean water.

If there are large, solid deposits on the drum, they can be removed with a plastic knife, followed by neutralization with a solvent, which can reduce solvent usage and lower the cost of solvent cleaning.

3. You can also soak and soften the residue with the appropriate solvent. After the chemical reaction, rinse with clean water. For instance, if there's oil residue in the drum, you can neutralize and dissolve it with an acidic solvent, then wash it off. Properly heating the IBC ton drum can also soften the residue, making it easier to clean the dirt.
