Flexible bulk bags, also known as jumbo bags, are medium-sized bulk containers primarily transported using cranes or forklifts. They are ideal for handling large quantities of powdered materials, featuring large volume, light weight, and ease of loading and unloading. They are a common choice among bulk bags.
② Loading. Hang the lifting rings of the container bags evenly on the lifting device. Depending on the type of container bag and the load weight, forklifts, cranes, and hoists can be chosen. If using a forklift to lift the container bags, adjust the blade to the correct position, ensuring the bags are snug against the forklift and not tilted forward. To maintain balance of the bag's center of gravity during lifting, avoid hanging with a single ring. Then, slowly lift the container bags using the lifting device and place them evenly on the train (or truck) platform once a certain height is reached. If immediate loading is not required, stack them neatly and uniformly in the work area. During lifting and stacking, prevent them from being crushed, skewed, or collided with each other.
④ Unloading. Use a forklift or crane to lift the bulk bag, align it with the opening of the hopper or another container. Loosen the tie绳 at the bottom of the bag to allow the raw material to fall out. For single-use bulk bags, puncture the bottom from a distance with an appropriate tool to complete unloading. Do not stand underneath the bulk bag during lifting operations.
