Screw blade mixer
Axial flow type, general material spirals upward along the container wall, then converges towards the central concave cavity, forming an upward and downward convection cycle. It also exhibits strong anti-adhesion properties. Suitable for mixing, heat transfer, and reaction dissolution operations of high-viscosity or powdered materials. The shape and number of the helical blades should be determined based on the container's geometric shape and liquid layer height. Generally, J710 and J720 agitators are used for flat-bottom or elliptical-bottom containers; J740 and J750 agitators are used for 90° conical-bottom containers; J760 agitator is used for elliptical-bottom containers where bottom adhesion needs to be prevented. In most cases, double helical blades are used for larger diameters and higher liquid layers, while single helical blades are preferable for smaller diameters.
