Zibo HuaJin Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. has been extensively exploring and researching in the field of mineral powder mixers in recent years, achieving remarkable results in mineral powder mixing.
Mineral powder agitator, handling materials of diverse and complex nature, ranging from ores with true specific gravity around 5 to alloy powders exceeding 8. The design of the mineral powder agitator must meticulously consider specific material parameters, particularly density, solid content, and particle size, as well as the presence of lumps, whether it's a mineral powder blend or anti-settling, if filter cakes are to be broken and mixed, and the viscosity. These are all points that require particular attention in the design.
Our company has handled a wide variety of materials for mineral powder mixers. For instance, alloy particles with a true specific gravity of 8.3, with particle sizes up to 2mm, require high mixing difficulty. We employed a disk turbine mixer with strong shearing power to achieve the required mixing effect. The mineral powder mixers we've made have reached a solid content of 70% in the mineral powder, and we designed a combined special mixer that achieved successful first-time operation.
