Disc turbine mixer
Belonging to the radial-flow type mixer, with its paddle blades in a concave shield shape, it boasts an extremely strong radial flow rate and dispersion power, enabling thorough gas-liquid emulsification and mass transfer. Its dispersion and mass transfer capabilities are 15% and 20% higher than those of the J610 mixer, respectively. It is particularly suitable for oxygenation operations in fermentation processes and can also be used for gas absorption, mixing, and mass transfer dispersion operations.
