Centrifugal fan noise control methods:

1. Soundproofing Enclosure Shell Shape Requirements

The acoustic enclosure should resemble the noise-generating equipment, reducing both the volume and cost of the enclosure while also minimizing the radiation area of the noise. The enclosure body should maintain a certain distance from the equipment to ensure normal maintenance, inspection, ventilation, and exhaust requirements. Square parallel walls should be minimized to prevent standing wave effects inside the enclosure, which can lead to a decrease in sound insulation.

2. Soundproofing Enclosure Material Selection

The outer panels of soundproof enclosures are commonly made from materials such as lead, steel, and aluminum, with stainless steel sheets being the most frequently used. The choice of wall material for the centrifugal fan soundproof enclosure is selected accordingly.2-3mm steel plate.

Customized sound-insulating materials can effectively isolate the noise of the rational fan from multiple angles within the enclosure, preventing the fan noise from affecting the surrounding area. The specific sound-insulating materials and equipment should be determined based on the on-site conditions.
