Spiral Plate Heat Exchangers, High-Pressure Coolers, Shell and Tube Condensers

Spiral plate heat exchangers are made from a single sheet of steel plate, forming two even spiral channels. The two heat transfer mediums can flow in a fully counter-current manner, significantly enhancing the heat exchange efficiency. The connections on the shell are designed with a tangential structure, resulting in low local resistance. Due to the uniform curvature of the spiral channels, the fluid flow within the equipment experiences minimal direction changes, leading to a low total resistance. This allows for an increased design flow rate, thereby providing higher heat transfer capabilities. When selecting equipment, appropriate process calculations are employed to ensure the medium within the equipment channels reaches a turbulent state (typically, liquid flow velocity greater than 1m/s; gas greater than 10m/s).

Features:

High heat transfer efficiency, up to 1-3 times that of a tube bundle heat exchanger, with a heat transfer coefficient as high as 3300W/(M²K）.

Efficiently recovers low-temperature thermal energy; the two working media inside the equipment can undergo a full counter-current heat exchange, suitable for heat transfer with small temperature differences, enabling waste heat recovery and maximizing the utilization of low-temperature thermal energy.

3. Strong operational reliability; non-detachable dual channels are welded sealed, ensuring that the two working media do not mix.

4. Low resistance; handles large volumes of steam or gas with minimal pressure loss; self-cleaning due to spiral flow of the medium, which prevents dirt buildup; easy to clean, can be flushed with steam or alkali solution; simple and convenient, suitable for installation with cleaning devices; single-pass medium flow allows for higher flow rates than other heat exchangers.
