This equipment is used for producing handle bags with flat rope handles (suitable for both inward and outward folding). The rope handles and paper strips are cut from the roll of paper and bonded together at the handle station. The finished handles are then conveyed to the bag mouth position, where they are sent to the bag forming machine group via a conveyor press station. The machine group applies edge glue to the paper with handles, rolls it, cuts it, creases it, applies glue to the bottom, forms the bag bottom, and conveys the bag out. The entire process is completed synchronously in one go, truly achieving full automation and effectively saving labor costs.

The entire machine is equipped with a full servo electrical control system, ensuring rapid and stable operation while effectively reducing the time needed for size adjustments of paper bags. The produced paper bags and finished products have high speed and strong stability, are easy to maintain, and are an ideal choice of equipment for major printing plants and paper bag manufacturers.
