I. Overview
The PZ series self-relieving multi-functional gun mount features a collision-proof and pressure-regulating fire hydrant, which incorporates imported technology and retains the advantages of similar foreign products while making improvements to critical components, enhancing practicality. Its performance surpasses that of traditional fire hydrants. For instance, a traditional hydrant may be difficult to open with both hands when in emergency use, especially if it's set to maintain a pressure of 1.0 MPa. In some cases, the handle may even be twisted off. This product can be opened and closed quickly and flexibly under any condition, while also saving the valve in front of the hydrant. The design has been improved to integrate the outlet with the fire water cannon, extending the underground structure of the hydrant, making it suitable for cold northern regions and as a frost-proof product buried below 1.5 meters.
II. Feature Introduction
A one-piece multi-functional self-draining fire monitor bracket is a simple-to-operate fire protection equipment with automatic drainage and anti-freezing functions, designed for use with fire monitors. Its structure employs a spring-sealed drain opening and expels the remaining water in the fire monitor bracket and water cannon interior. When the bracket's sealed mouth is opened for the water cannon to operate, the water pressure compresses the spring-sealed drain opening, ensuring a reliable seal. Upon closing the bracket's sealed mouth to stop the water cannon, the internal pressure drops, causing the spring to automatically retract and expel the remaining water in the bracket and water cannon interior, thus preventing freezing. Under high outlet pressure, the outlet pressure can be adjusted by opening and closing the fire lever, achieving a certain working pressure at the outlet to ensure the water cannon喷射 is vigorous. Additionally, the self-draining bracket integrates with the water cannon, featuring two 65mm connectors and a 150mm suction port, offering multi-functional capabilities. It can be installed in various petrochemical, oil field, wharf, port fire-protection oil storage areas, pipelines, and is also suitable for various fire trucks (ships), as well as for small tankers used by municipal and environmental protection units.

Section 3: Design and Installation
Select the model, quantity, and total height of fire hydrants based on the characteristics of the installation site, as well as the specified flow rate, frost depth locally, in accordance with the relevant regulations.
2. Determine the number of fire hydrant valve pits and stop valves needed for installation, maintenance, inspection, and replacement of the fire hydrants.
*Install fire hydrants in the following sequence*
Remove outer packaging and inspect for any damage to the appearance and ensure the drain holes are not clogged.
B. Set a standard gasket on the installed pipeline, and securely connect the fire hydrant to the flange using an M16 bolt.
After all connections are made, perform a pressure seal test, check rotation, on/off operation, and drainage function. Proceed with the next steps upon passing the inspection.
Place a certain amount of gravel around the drainage outlet; the gravel extends from the top of the flange to the bottom of the pipeline, within a circular area of approximately 700mm around the perimeter. The diameter of the gravel is about 20-40mm, which is conducive to absorbing and渗水 excess water in the cavity and preventing clogging of the drainage holes.
Fill and compact backfill soil between the ground and the gravel.
