The processing forms of precision drawn tubes include cold rolling, cold drawing, and honing. Cold rolled seamless steel tubes are made by rolling finished seamless steel tubes or billets through acid pickling, phosphatizing, and saponifying treatments, then cold rolling them into hydraulic steel tubes. Hydraulic steel tubes have an extremely high precision, generally controlled within the range of 0.02-0.05mm. Their standard is GB3639-83, with an allowable tolerance of 0.03mm for the inner diameter, an inner surface roughness of Ra 0.2-0.8μm, and a straightness of 0.3-1.5mm/m for the oil steel tube diameter. Precision drawn tubes are widely used in many industries, such as construction machinery, metallurgical machinery, plastic machinery, opening and closing machinery, mining machinery, road construction machinery, and textile machinery.
