Brief introduction
20CrMnTi Steel Pipe, 20CrMnTi Seamless Pipe, 20CrMnTi Seamless Steel Pipe - Manufacturer's Price, Features, and Application Range:
It is a high-performance carburizing steel with good hardenability, featuring a hard surface and tough core after carburizing and quenching. It boasts high low-temperature impact toughness, moderate weldability, and excellent machinability after normalizing. Suitable for manufacturing critical components subjected to high-speed, medium, or heavy loads, impacts, and friction with cross-sections less than 30mm, such as gears, gear rings, gear shaft crossheads, etc. It is a substitute for 18CrMnTi steel, used for carburizing parts in the automotive and tractor industries. It is essential for critical carburizing components with cross-sections below 30mm, subjected to high-speed, medium, or heavy loads, as well as impacts and friction, such as gears, shafts, gear rings, gear shafts, main shafts of sliding bearings, crossheads, claw clutches, worms, etc.

20CrMnTi Steel Pipe, 20CrMnTi Seamless Pipe, 20CrMnTi Seamless Steel Pipe, 20CrM Hot Rolled Steel Pipe Manufacturer's Pricing Method
① The two-digit number at the beginning of the steel grade indicates the carbon content of the steel, expressed as a few parts per ten thousand of the average carbon content, such as the alloy tube 40Cr, 25Cr2MoVA. ② The main alloy elements in the steel, except for a few micro-alloy elements, are generally indicated by a few percentages. When the average alloy content is less than 1.5%, the steel grade usually only shows the element symbol without specifying the content. However, in special cases where it may cause confusion, a number "1" can also be added after the element symbol, for example, in the steel grades "12CrMoV" and "12Cr1MoV", the former contains 0.4-0.6% chromium, and the latter contains 0.9-1.2%, with all other components being identical. When the average content of the alloy elements is ≥1.5%, ≥2.5%, ≥3.5%... and so on, the content should be indicated after the element symbol, which can be represented by numbers 2, 3, 4... etc. For instance, 18Cr2Ni4WA.
③ Vanadium (V), titanium (Ti), aluminum (Al), boron (B), and rare earth elements (RE) in steel are all micro-alloying elements. Although their content is low, they should still be indicated in the steel grade. For example, in 20MnVB steel, vanadium is 0.07-0.12%, and boron is 0.001-0.005%.
④ High-grade steel should be marked with an "A" after the steel number to differentiate it from common steel.
⑤ Alloy structural steel for specific uses, with a symbol prefixed (or suffixed) indicating the steel grade's purpose. For instance, the 30CrMnSi steel for rivet screws is designated as ML30CrMnSi.
Alloy tubes and seamless tubes are related yet distinct; they should not be confused.
Alloy pipes are defined by the production material (also known as the material), which is self-explanatory as pipes made of alloys; while seamless pipes are categorized by the production process (seamed or seamless). Unlike seamless pipes, seamed pipes include straight seam welded pipes and spiral pipes.
