Regularly measure the process parameters of the bag dust collector, such as flue gas volume, temperature, and concentration. If any anomalies are found, identify the cause and handle them promptly.
2. With the use of a timer-type dust removal controller, it is essential to regularly check the accuracy of the dust removal cycle. Regularly inspect the functioning of the pressure switch, check for any blockages in the pressure ports, and perform cleaning as needed.
3. In the event of a malfunction in an electromagnetic pulse valve, it should be addressed promptly. If there is debris or moisture inside, a cleaning should be conducted. If the diaphragm is damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
4. Managers should be familiar with the principle, performance, and operating conditions of the bag dust collector, and should master the methods of adjustment and maintenance.
5. When starting up a bag dust collector, first connect compressed air to the air storage tank, then connect the control power, and activate the dust discharge unit. If there are other equipment in the system, start the downstream equipment first.
