1. Alias: Encapsulated Water-Based Curing Agent, Cross-linking Agent, Curing Agent, Cross-linking Agent, Fixative, Adhesive, Enhancer, Reinforcement Agent, Tensile Strength Enhancer.

2. Key Component: Closed isocyanate.

3. This series of curing agents can coexist stably with waterborne resins (such as waterborne polyurethane, fluorinated emulsion, and silicone emulsion, etc.) at room temperature. During heat treatment, the curing agent releases isocyanate (-NCO) groups, which react with hydroxyl, carboxyl, amine, and other functional groups on the molecular chains of waterborne resins to form cross-linking structures, significantly improving the performance of waterborne resins.

4. Applicability Scope:

①As an internal cross-linking agent for one-component thermosetting waterborne coatings, it significantly enhances the performance of waterborne resin paint films in terms of water resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, adhesion, and mechanical properties.

②As a cross-linking agent for organic fluorine or silicone emulsions, it fixes organic fluorine or silicone to the surface of cotton or polyester fibers, enhancingWash resistance cycles of "Triple Protection" fabrics.

③As an internal crosslinking agent for textile coatings and printing inks, it enhances adhesion and properties such as resistance to washing and abrasion.

④As a one-component metal and glass baking lacquer internal cross-linking agent, it can replace amino resins, has no formaldehyde release, and boasts excellent resistance to yellowing.

⑤As a polyester or polyester fabric treatment agent, it improves the adhesion properties between polyester and rubber.

⑥As a cathodic electrostatic powder coating curing agent, it enhances the overall properties such as coating adhesion.

When added to any other liquid with baking process, it significantly enhances the coating's scrub resistance, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and weather resistance.

7. Usage Instructions:

① The non-ionic series products have no strict requirements for the ionicity of the system, and can be used in both anionic and cationic systems, as well as in non-ionic systems.

② Join the systemThe stability of the emulsion in other pH regions, between 6-9, requires testing to determine.

③ Join quantities can be calculated based on the equivalent of active groups within the system.1. A 1.8 times ratio of hardener is added; typically, this accounts for 1-3% of the system's total volume, with the formula adjustable up to 5-15% for special requirements.
