Haidian District Sewage Pumping Service – Comprehensive and Detailed Description The main components of the wastewater treatment pond include sedimentation tanks, oxidation tanks, equalization tanks, and sludge tanks. The sludge mainly consists of hawthorn, settled sludge, and biological sludge, etc. Timely sludge removal is a crucial task in the operation and management of the wastewater pond. The sedimentation tank in the treatment process contains a significant amount of sludge, most of which is harmful. If not removed promptly, anaerobic fermentation can occur, causing the sludge to float, which not only disrupts the normal operation of the sedimentation tank but also worsens the water quality. Initial sedimentation also contains organisms and heavy metal compounds. When partial pumping of wastewater occurs, the pond should be stopped (emptied) and manually flushed to remove sludge. For sedimentation tanks with mechanical sludge removal, the maintenance and management of the sludge removal equipment should be strengthened. In case of equipment failure, repairs should be made promptly to avoid excessive sediment accumulation at the bottom, which can affect the water quality of the effluent.
Wastewater Pond Cleaning Construction Plan
1. Close the wastewater pool inlet valve to cut off the water source, address temporary drainage issues during construction, and affix signage.
2. The sewage pond is an enclosed space. For safety reasons, we have pre-arranged ventilation to ensure everything is foolproof.
3. Drain the wastewater from the sump pit.
4. Dilute sludge. Use a high-pressure pump to dilute the sludge. Clean the sediment and debris at the bottom of the pool.
5. Fill with clean water for rinsing and promptly drain until clean.
6. Prior to sludge dilution, use a sludge suction truck to flush repeatedly. Once the sludge is diluted, activate the sludge extraction equipment, and the sludge is suctioned through pipes into a prepared slurry truck for removal. Prevent secondary environmental pollution.
7. Resume the use of the sewage pool and inspect the related equipment and valves for proper operation.
Wastewater Pond Cleaning Construction Plan
One, Construction Section Division: Due to the large area of the sewage pond, it is divided into 3 sections for cleaning according to the required duration for sewage pond cleaning. The sewage in the pond is suctioned and transported by vacuum trucks to the sewage treatment plant for regular processing, and all the sludge at the bottom is removed and transported for landfill disposal.
Two, Clean up the on-site environmental hygiene: According to relevant regulations on dust control, in order to ensure that the cleaning of the sewage pool does not bring dust to the factory area, a new dirt road has been opened up on the vacant land in the factory, circumventing the production workshops, and is managed by a designated person.
III. Safety Measures: Establish within the construction area of the sewage pool cleaning, with a dedicated person on guard to prevent factory personnel from entering the construction site and causing accidents.
Wastewater lagoon cleaning can be categorized into physical, biological, and chemical methods based on functionality.
1. Physical Methods: Common methods we use in our daily lives to clean septic tanks include gravity separation, centrifugal separation, reverse osmosis, and air flotation, among others. Physical methods for treating structures are simple and cost-effective, suitable for towns with large water capacities, strong self-purification abilities, and low requirements for wastewater treatment. This type of physical method primarily utilizes physical actions to separate the non-soluble substances in wastewater, without altering their chemical properties during the treatment process.
2. Biological Method: This involves utilizing the metabolic functions of microorganisms to decompose and oxidize harmful substances dissolved or colloidal in wastewater into stable inorganic matter, thereby achieving the purpose of wastewater purification. The degree of treatment in the biological method surpasses that of the physical method.
3. Chemical Treatment: Common methods include coagulation, neutralization, oxidation-reduction, and ion exchange. As the name implies, it involves using chemical reactions to treat or recover dissolved or colloidal substances in wastewater. This type of chemical treatment is often used for industrial wastewater. Although it yields good treatment results, the cost is high, and it is typically used as a secondary treatment after biochemical treatment to enhance the quality of the effluent.
Currently, the resource utilization of wastewater in our country is still in the initial stage, with insufficient and unbalanced development, a relatively low overall utilization level, and a significant gap from the requirements of building a beautiful China. Additionally, there are issues such as incomplete standards, inadequate policies, and the need for further improvement in technical and equipment levels.
Our company adheres to the standards of "green, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving," and upholds the development philosophy of "promoting technological advancement through technological innovation and winning the market and users with product innovation."
