Energy efficiency

Hollow louvered glass is made by bonding high-quality double-layer tempered glass with imported aluminum louver blades and a single-handle magnetic control mechanism. During summer, by adjusting the louver blades to the closed position, direct sunlight can be blocked, and the convection of cold and hot air can be prevented, significantly reducing the energy consumption of indoor air conditioning. In winter, lifting the louver blades allows direct sunlight to enter, absorbing heat energy effectively, and combined with the 20mm hollow layer's insulation, it greatly increases the indoor warmth, achieving energy conservation and cost savings. Louvered hollow glass is a new energy-saving product where louvers are installed within the hollow glass. Louver blinds are a traditional insulation and shading product, while hollow glass is a thermal insulation product that has emerged in recent years. By integrating the traditional louver blinds with hollow glass, and using magnetic control for the closure and lifting mechanisms, the operation of the louvers is achieved, which not only saves space and convenience but also enhances the shading performance of glass windows and doors, improves the thermal insulation of hollow glass, and optimizes the indoor lighting environment. 2. Dustproof, smokeproof, and pollution-proof

This product boasts dustproof, oil smoke proof, and anti-pollution advantages. Thanks to the advanced magnetic induction drive system, the opening and closing of the blade, as well as its up and down movement, are simplified. The blades require no cleaning, resulting in time, labor, and cost savings. The integrated hollow glass louver window system creates personalized private spaces while subtly providing a quiet, comfortable, and healthy environment.

3. Fire resistance

In any building, traditional curtains are flammable and, in the event of a fire, those made from materials like fabric and synthetic fibers will emit a large amount of toxic smoke, causing suffocation and injury to those indoors. Integrated blinds with hollow glass are not only resistant to open flame but also do not release thick smoke during a fire. Double-layered tempered glass and built-in aluminum magnesium louvers also serve to block the spread of fire, effectively reducing the likelihood of fires, making it a reliable fire prevention product.

Hollow glass typically reduces outdoor-to-indoor noise by about 25 decibels, while single-handle magnetic control interior roller blinds in hollow glass can further lower indoor noise, achieving a reduction of up to 36 decibels, ensuring excellent sound insulation.

5. Anti-Fog

In colder regions during winter, due to significant temperature differences between indoors and outdoors, general glass windows and doors systems often experience frosting.
