PA6 is a milky white or faintly yellow transparent to opaque, keratinous, crystalline polymer that can be freely colored, with good toughness and self-lubricating properties, low rigidity, low-temperature resistance, resistance to bacteria, slow-burning, and extinguishes slowly after being removed from the flame, exhibiting droplet and bubble formation.Nylon has a high heat deflection temperature, allowing for long-term use at up to 150 degrees. PA66, after being reinforced with glass fiber, achieves a heat deflection temperature above 250 degrees.During assembly of mechanical components for activities, they have self-lubricating properties, low noise, and can be used without lubricant when the friction is not too high. If lubricant is indeed needed to reduce friction or aid in heat dissipation, options include water-oil, greases, etc. This results in a long service life for the transmission components.Highly resistant to alkalis and most saline solutions, as well as to weak acids, machine oil, gasoline, aromatic hydrocarbons, and general solvents. It is inert to aromatic compounds but not to strong acids and oxidizers. Resists侵蚀 by gasoline, oil, fats, alcohol, weak alkalis, and exhibits excellent resistance to aging. Suitable for packaging lubricants, fuels, and other materials.
