PA66 has a high melting point among nylon materials. It is a semi-crystalline-crystalline material. PA66 maintains strong strength and rigidity at high temperatures. After molding, PA66 still exhibits moisture absorption, which largely depends on the material composition, wall thickness, and environmental conditions. During product design, always consider the impact of moisture absorption on geometric stability. As PA6 readily absorbs moisture, drying before processing is particularly crucial. If the material is supplied in moisture-proof packaging, the container should remain sealed. If humidity exceeds 0.2%, it is recommended to dry in air above 80°C for 16 hours. If the material has been exposed to air for more than 8 hours, vacuum drying at 105°C for over 8 hours is suggested.PA6 Nylon for electrical appliances, connectors, spool, timer cover, circuit breaker, switch housing, wire covering, electrical components, bicycle rim, roller skate base, weaving reed, pedal, pulley, electric gadgets, gears, bearings, cushion, cam.
