PA6, also known as Nylon 6, is a semi-transparent or opaque white particle with thermoplastic properties, lightweight, good toughness, chemical resistance, and excellent durability. PA is a general term for polyamide plastics, which all possess amide groups in their structure and share similar characteristics in terms of performance. PA6's chemical and physical properties are similar to those of PA66, but it has a lower melting point and a wider processing temperature range. It has better impact resistance and solvent resistance than PA66, but also exhibits greater moisture absorption.PA6 is a type of nylon with higher mechanical strength than most others, though lower than PA66; it boasts greater tensile strength, surface hardness, and rigidity compared to other nylon plastics. It also exhibits better impact resistance and flexibility than PA66.Widely used in industrial production for manufacturing bearings, round gears, cams, bevel gears, various rollers, pulleys, pump impellers, fan blades, worm gears, etc.
