The KT-2P Desktop Particle Counter is developed based on the principle of light interference (light blocking method) and is used to detect the size and quantity of solid particles in liquids. It can be applied in fields such as aviation, aerospace, aero-engine, heavy industry machinery, electricity, petroleum, chemical industry, transportation, ports, metallurgy, machinery, and automotive manufacturing. It is capable of detecting the contamination level of solid particles in oils such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, shale oil, transformer oil (insulating oil), turbine oil (turbine oil), gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene, and water-based hydraulic oil. It also performs sampling tests for insoluble particles in water-based samples, chemical reagents, organic liquids, and polymer solutions.

Performance Features:

Utilizes the principle of photoresist (light shielding) method, offering advantages such as fast detection speed, strong anti-interference capability, high accuracy, and good repeatability.

3. Plugging sampling system, ensuring consistent sampling speed and precise volume control.

4. Positive/Negative pressure pressure vessel for degassing samples and testing high viscosity samples.

5. 7-inch color Android system LCD display with touchscreen operation.

6. Equipped with particle contamination grade standards such as NAS1638, ISO4406-1999, ISO4406-2007, ISO4406-1987, GB/T 14039-2002, GJB420B-2006, GJB420B-2015, GJB420A-1996, AS4059E, AS4059F, ROCT17216-1971, ROCT17216-2001, JTS-005, SAE749D-1963, and NAS1638/ISO4406, and can be configured with additional standards upon customer request.

7. Features built-in "Custom" standards, capable of spacing at 0.01μm, allowing arbitrary particle size settings. Up to 9900 particle sizes can be set, facilitating particle size analysis.

8. Equipped with "full-channel" standard, capable of simultaneously measuring particle sizes according to all detection criteria. After completion of the test, multiple detection criteria can be selected arbitrarily, and the test report can be displayed and printed based on the selected criteria.

9. Stores up to four calibration curves (Latex Ball Calibration Curve, ACFTD Calibration Curve, ISOMTD Calibration Curve, GOST Calibration Curve) and allows for easy switching, reducing conversion errors.

10. Data storage function with 6GB memory, ***storing data for easy archiving, retrieval, and analysis of test data. Also equipped with a USB port for storing data onto USB drives.

11. The instrument features data integrity functionality, including password login, multi-level permission management, operation logs, and data backup.

12. The instrument can also distribute permissions for various instrument functions on top of multi-level permission management.

13. Built-in printer for direct printing of test reports.

14. Integrated with various input methods, supports handwritten input, and enables Chinese labeling on inspection reports.

15. The output interface includes RS232, dual USB ports, and LAN interface, allowing connections with external devices such as USB flash drives, optional A4-size printers, barcode scanners, etc. Optional computer data collection software is available for labeling, storing, querying, and generating PDF inspection reports on the connected computer.

16. Equipped with a magnetic stirrer for even particle distribution.

17. The air pump is equipped with four-stage gas filtration and a water purification unit, preventing environmental air from contaminating the samples.
