High mast light

* The high pole lamp pole body is made of Q235 steel plate, which is cut, bent, and automatically welded into octagonal, twelve-sided, and eighteen-sided pyramid-shaped pole bodies.

* After the lamp post is shaped, it undergoes automatic welding, straightening, and the high pole lamp post components and flange lamp parts are properly welded.

* Welded and ground rod bodies, mounting light disc brackets and accessories are treated with acid pickling and rust removal, followed by internal and external hot galvanizing, providing corrosion resistance for 30 years without rust.

* The lamp post shaft is hot-dipped galvanized and then treated with passivation and polishing, with the surface further coated by high-temperature electrostatic spraying, resulting in a smooth and attractive finish that resists chipping and fading.

* The high mast light is equipped with an electric lifting system, consisting of an electric motor, winch, three sets of hot-dipped galvanized control steel cables, and cables, etc.

* Installed within the pole body, with a lifting speed of 3 to 5 meters per minute.

Electric/hand lifting system for easy operation, lamp panel;

* Once the lamp tray is raised to the working position, it can automatically disengage and hang the lamp tray, and relieve the wire rope tension.

* Lighting source control is divided into manual, time control, and microcomputer control.

* Standard height for automatic lifting pole lights: 18 meters, 20 meters, 25 meters, 30 meters, 35 meters.
