Hand-pumped mobile fire pump
The pump set, traditionally referred to as a manual-lift fire pump, is designed for manual handling and can be assembled with a light-duty engine.
The hand-lift fire pump unit is composed of a lightweight gasoline or diesel engine and a fire pump system. The overall layout should be reasonable, with a compact structure, small volume, weight ≤ 100kg, vacuum sealing performance ≤ 2.6kPa, high vacuum degree ≥ 85.0kPa, and water intake time ≤ 35.0s. The complete unit consists of components such as a water pump, intake device, gasoline, diesel engine, etc.
Application?
Hand-carry fire pumps are mainly used for fire extinguishing in military police fire departments, various professional fire teams, industrial and mining enterprises, county-level and village-level areas, and other fire protection needs. They offer superior advantages in areas where fire vehicles cannot reach. Hand-carry fire pumps are also ideal for flood drainage, drought relief, greenery irrigation, water supply, and emergency disaster rescue.
Operating Principle
The entire hand-lift fire pump set consists of a water pump, a suction pipe, and a petrol or diesel engine. Firstly, start the engine to drive the water pump impeller to rotate at high speed. In ≦30 seconds, the water is drawn into the pump through the suction pipe by vacuum pump vacuum or exhaust vacuum. The high-speed rotation of the pump impeller generates pressure, which is then discharged through the pump outlet.
