Congratulations on the successful installation and debugging of the Rapid Infrared Radiation Heater!
Our company has successfully completed the debugging of the HWMK-128kW rapid infrared radiation heating equipment for Tsinghua University's laboratory on February 27, 2017, following two months of collaborative effort by our research team. The equipment is designed with a heating power of 128kW, featuring a new type of high infrared radiation heating element. The control unit employs PID and silicon-controlled rectifiers for precise adjustments, while the control panel utilizes a liquid crystal touch screen for program parameter input and control. The interface is clear and intuitive, with simple and easy-to-understand parameter input, and it can also be connected to a computer. This equipment is primarily used for testing the physical properties of test pieces under vacuum and high-temperature conditions, as well as the immediate changes in these properties with temperature. The equipment has now been delivered to the customer for use.
