The forming width is 825mm, with a peak height of 50mm to 80mm, and lengths up to 6 meters can be processed. The material thickness ranges from 0.5mm to 1.5mm. Manufacturing can be customized according to drawings. The windbreak and dust suppression mesh length should not exceed 6.15 meters (the longer the mesh, the greater the distance between the steel structure, and the poorer the wind-blocking effect). A peak height of 7.5cm provides optimal wind-blocking performance, as determined by the National Academy of Sciences wind tunnel tests.

Raw Materials: Low-carbon steel plate, galvanized steel plate, color-coated steel plate, aluminum magnesium alloy plate, stainless steel plate.
Surface Treatment: Electrostatic Powder Coating.
Wind and Dust Suppression Walls: Primarily used for coal storage in coal mines, coking plants, power plants, and other industrial factories; port and wharf coal storage areas, and various material yards; dust suppression in outdoor material yards for steel, building materials, cement, and other industries; environmental applications such as wind protection for crops, dust control during desertification, and more; coal collection and transport stations at railway and highway intersections, construction sites, road dust, and along expressways.
The single-layer windbreak dust suppression wall achieves a dust suppression effect of 65-85%, while the double-layer windbreak dust suppression wall offers an effect of over 95%.
