Materials
Chosen for their low-carbon steel and galvanized iron wire.
Weaving Techniques
Welding, weaving.
Surface Treatment
Plastic spraying, galvanized, and dipped plastic.
Fence Mesh Structure: Posts + Rails
The pillars are predominantly made of square steel tubes, while the mesh frame is constructed using smaller rectangular square tubes. The pillars and frame are joined at corresponding positions with welded flat iron ear plates. The pillars and mesh frame are secured by bolts on the ear plates. The bottom of the pillars is焊接 with a base plate, which is then anchored to the ground using expansion bolts.
Borderless
Columns can be either circular or square, with the mesh predominantly featuring rectangular grids and relatively larger yarns. The methods of mesh construction are varied, the structural methods are concise, and they serve both as isolation and protection as well as decorative purposes.
Fence Net Applications
Fence mesh is widely used for boundary separation and area division or protection. It is extensively applied in various fields such as industry, agriculture, animal husbandry, forestry, highways, railways, airports, ports, municipal fences, beautification, grasslands, orchards, and more, serving as a barrier for isolation and protection.
