8.Appearance selection:Manually inspect the steel ball surface for any defects, measure the true roundness with a micrometer, check the batch diameter variation, and use a surface roughness meter to measure the surface roughness for final inspection.

Friends who use steel balls, I believe, will encounter the issue of rust. Due to improper storage, especially for carbon steel balls and bearing steel balls, which are inherently non-rust-resistant—when left exposed to air for extended periods, particularly in humid conditions, they can rust within days, quickly losing their former luster. So, the initial rust can be easily handled, restoring the steel balls' bright appearance.   

If there's slight rust and the surface isn't shiny, find a few sheets of newspaper, fold them, put in a few steel balls, then wrap it up. Shake it back and forth for about 20 minutes. Afterward, it should be quite shiny. If not, keep doing it for a while longer; it will definitely become very bright.

There are more rust spots, so first, you can use hot water and laundry detergent, dissolve them together, then place the steel ball in and scrub it vigorously for a while. After that, remove it and rinse with hot water. The steel ball will dry quickly. Then apply some anti-rust oil, and it will shine like new.

3. If the rust is severe and there are no professional tools available at your end, there aren't many good options.

Three points to note after purchasing steel balls:

Check for any damaged items, and replace the packaging immediately if there are any.

Do not store in a damp environment; after unpacking, seal the package promptly if there is any unused product remaining.

Do not touch the steel balls directly with your hands; they are moist and sweaty. 

Only by doing the first few points correctly can the steel ball maintain its long-lasting shine and prevent rust!

(1) If you need high hardness and wear resistance, opt for bearing steel balls for their wear resistance, followed by fire-quenched carbon steel balls.

(2) If you need welding with low hardness, opt for carbon steel balls without heat treatment, commonly referred to as iron balls.

(3). For superior rust prevention, opt for stainless steel balls, available in grades 304, 316, and 316L, with increasing rust prevention effectiveness.

(4). For excellent rust prevention and high hardness, opt for the 440 stainless steel ball.

(5). For high precision, choose a higher grade; the smaller the number, the higher the grade, and the better the precision.

（1). Samples shipped via SF Express: A limited number of samples are available free of charge, with shipping charges to be paid by the recipient.

(2) Shipments under 300 kg use Yousu Express, Best Express, Debang Logistics, or courier services, as well as Jiayi Logistics, Shangqiao Logistics, and others.

(3). For shipments over 300 kg, we use dedicated logistics. Generally, pick up at the city logistics center. If pickup at the county/district is required, please specify. Additional delivery fee will apply for delivery service.

4. Packaging

5. Where is the shipment origin from?

Due to our factory being located in the countryside, logistics and express delivery are not convenient, so we lease a large warehouse in a major logistics park in Liaocheng City to store goods and ship them to customers.

6. Return and Exchange Policy

If the issue is our responsibility, and the quality does not meet standards, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs for returns and exchanges. If the issue is the buyer's responsibility, returns and exchanges can be made as long as they do not affect resale, with the buyer covering the shipping costs both ways.
