Guanghui Pipe Industry has partnered with a powder company to co-develop a specialized powder for Guanghui. This high-density powder has finer particles and a higher melting index compared to low-density powder, ensuring uniform coating, preventing pinholes, and significantly enhancing the coating's adhesion and the lifespan of the pipes.

SEBF Corrosion-Resistant Structure
SEBF powder is a thermosetting epoxy powder coating, which requires two processes during application: first, the powder must melt and bond to the surface of the workpiece. This is achieved by preheating the workpiece so that when the powder is喷射 onto the surface, it melts and bonds to the workpiece. Second, after the powder melts on the surface, the curing reaction of the resin within the coating is required. This is accomplished by reheating the coated workpiece to the specified curing temperature, where the high molecular weight of the epoxy resin undergoes crosslinking and curing to form a network structure, resulting in the coating meeting the required performance.

Stringent pretreatment processes ensure a highly adherent, even, and smooth inner surface with reduced resistance, saving you time and effort.

Material base for tube is superior.
The tube is made by spiral welding of wide coil steel, offering greater strength than traditional narrow strip steel焊接tubes. The external coating is applied using a high-pressure extrusion and winding process, enhancing its density. The coating is tough, wear-resistant, and boasts excellent impact and bending resistance, effectively preventing mechanical damage during construction and stress damage from plant roots and soil environment during use.
