Highly sensitive analysis capabilities, capable of performing trace and ultra-trace analysis. The relative sensitivity of the instrument analysis for corrosion-resistant stainless steel tubes can reach the ppm level, making them suitable for trace and ultra-trace analysis.

High sensitivity to content variations, corrosion-resistant stainless steel pipes.

3. The light source features excellent stability and reproducibility, with corrosion-resistant stainless steel tubes.

4. The spectral lines emitted by the light source have minimal or no background, and are suitable for high-temperature Hastelloy pipes.

5. Analysis results are unaffected by variations in sample microstructure, high-temperature Hastelloy tube.

6. High-temperature Hastelloy pipe features short pre-combustion and exposure times.

7. The analysis minimizes damage to the sample, using high-temperature Hastelloy tubes for so-called micro or non-destructive analysis.

8. Fast analysis speed: The instrument analysis can complete an analysis cycle in a short time (about 1 minute), suitable for batch analysis and automatic analysis.

9. Reduced sample requirement for analysis: Instrumental analysis of stainless steel seamless pipes only requires selecting the appropriate standard steel according to the steel grade, and the results can be obtained.

10. Stainless steel tubes for instrumental analysis are widely used. In addition to analyzing iron-based samples, seamless stainless steel tubes can also be used for nickel-based and chromium-based sample testing.

One, chemically speaking, 316L stainless steel pipe has a lower carbon content than 316 stainless steel pipe. In other words, "316L" refers to ultra-low carbon 316 stainless steel pipe.

Secondly, in terms of tensile strength, 316 stainless steel pipes have a higher tensile strength compared to 316L stainless steel pipes. The tensile strength requirement for 316 stainless steel pipes is greater than 520MPa, whereas for 316L stainless steel pipes, it is only required to be greater than 480MPa. This is because carbon (C) is a strong austenite-forming element that can significantly enhance the strength of steel.

In terms of production costs, 316 stainless steel pipe has a slightly lower cost than 316L stainless steel pipe, but the difference is not significant.

Four, in terms of practical use, due to the relatively small difference in production costs between standard 316 stainless steel pipes and 316L stainless steel pipes, the corrosion resistance and weldability of the 316L stainless steel pipes are significantly better than those of the standard 316 stainless steel pipes. Therefore, users generally prefer 316L stainless steel pipes. From the perspective of stainless steel seamless pipe manufacturers, as the demand for standard 316 stainless steel pipes is low, steel mills are reluctant to produce them. Consequently, what is actually circulating in the market is mainly low-carbon 316L stainless steel pipes, while standard 316 stainless steel pipes are hardly available for sale.

Five, carbon has an adverse effect on corrosion resistance. Particularly for stainless steel that requires welding, the corrosion resistance of the welded 316L stainless steel pipe is not as significantly reduced as that of the 316 stainless steel pipe. To achieve corrosion resistance, the welding cross-section of the 316 stainless steel pipe needs to undergo post-weld solution heat treatment. However, if 316L stainless steel pipe is used, no post-weld solution heat treatment is required.

Six, 316L stainless steel pipe water pipes have strong corrosion resistance and can be used in places where 304 stainless steel water pipes are not suitable (such as seaside areas). Due to the reasons mentioned in point 5 above, it is not recommended to use ordinary 316 stainless steel pipes for water pipes.

Seven, For most applications, 304 stainless steel piping meets the usage requirements, whereas 316L stainless steel piping is more expensive due to its higher cost of raw materials.304 Stainless Steel PipeThe price of 316L stainless steel pipe water pipes is approximately 1.5 times that of 304 stainless steel pipe water pipes. They are rarely used and generally require customization.

Soluble annealing within the temperature range of 1010-1150 degrees, followed by rapid cooling; 316L stainless steel tubes should not be overheated for hardening treatment.

Welding.

316L stainless steel pipe features excellent welding properties, allowing for welding using all standard welding methods. Depending on the application, welding can be performed using 316Cb, 316L, or 309Cb stainless steel filler rods or electrodes. To achieve corrosion resistance, the welded section of 316 stainless steel requires post-weld annealing treatment. However, no post-weld annealing is needed when using 316L stainless steel.

316L stainless steel pipe mechanical properties:.

Tensile strength (Mpa) 485 MIN, Yield strength (Mpa) 170 MIN, Elongation (%) 30 MIN, Area reduction (%) 40 MIN. Density of 316L stainless steel is 7.93 g/cm³, with hardness of HRB < 90, HV < 200, HBS < 187.
