The three-hold Composites Co., Ltd.'s Teflon woven belt, Teflon mesh belt, Teflon high-temperature-resistant tape, seamless bonding machine belt, double-layer composite belt, and other Teflon conveying belts are made using high-quality glass fiber yarn or high-strength Kevlar yarn. After weaving into fabric with a smooth surface or rough feel, they are then coated with imported Teflon emulsion to produce.
Polytetrafluoroethylene's unique properties ensure our products can adapt to various harsh working environments, even under extreme temperatures ranging from -70℃ to 260℃, maintaining excellent anti-stickiness. Any material can be easily peeled off from the surface upon contact. The imported liquid coating on the surface meets the requirements for the Teflon conveyor belt to be long-termly exposed to ultraviolet light, infrared rays, microwave, and steam heating systems.
PTFE densely woven belt series is available in various thicknesses from 0.08mm to 1.2mm; Teflon mesh belt series offers a range of hole sizes including 0.5*1mm, 1*1mm, 2*2.5mm, 4*4mm, and 10*10mm; our advanced fully automatic slitting equipment ensures precise cutting of Teflon tape, with the narrowest width down to 5mm; our state-of-the-art seamless adhesive belt production equipment can produce finished products up to 6800mm in length and 1800mm in width; our compound equipment can press composite strips with the thinnest double layer at 0.08mm and the thickest double layer at 0.9mm.
Smooth or textured surfaces, anti-static properties, and single-sided coatings, among other features, enable us to produce Teflon conveyor belts for various applications, from sealing belts for small packaging machines to dyeing and drying belts for large textile drying ovens.
