1. Structural Features: 1) The design, manufacturing, and supervision of the boiler strictly adhere to JB/T 10094-2002 "General Technical Conditions for Industrial Boilers" and JB/T 1619-2002 "Technical Conditions for the Manufacturing of Shell Boilers," ensuring long-term stable operation. 2) The boiler body features a full-shell, wet-back, single-pass, three-pass flue tube structure, with flame combustion in the large combustion chamber at a slight positive pressure, fully extended, resulting in low combustion heat load and minimal NOx emissions. 3) The wave-shaped furnace tube and threaded flue tube structure enhances strength while meeting the needs for expansion due to heat. 4) All main welds are joined by butt welding and are inspected by X-ray and ultrasonic non-destructive testing to ensure welding quality meets requirements. 5) The boiler has a large water volume and gas space, with strong load adaptation capability. The design of the internal boiler equipment ensures steam moisture content is below 4%, meeting the high-quality steam requirements of users. 6) New insulation materials are used, which are lightweight, have minimal heat loss, and excellent thermal insulation properties. 7) The water level alarm uses stainless steel as the electrode rod and polytetrafluoroethylene as the insulating material. It is inserted from above, making it less prone to dirt, reliable in performance, and long-lasting in use.
