Its function is to transfer the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder to the grinding roller, converting it into a grinding force on the material bed. This force is transmitted to the lower arm, then to the upper arm, and finally to the grinding roller through a pin shaft connected to the lower arm. Articulated Arm Production Process The upper and lower arms are connected by a conical pin, making them an integrated unit. The central shaft is connected to both arms via expansion sleeves, which are used to secure the arms and shaft, aligning concentrically. The cone sleeve is inserted into the connecting holes of the upper and lower arms, featuring cuts. When the cone pin is pressed into the cone sleeve with a cover, the sleeve expands tightly onto the arm.
