It is essential to conduct timely inspections and maintenance to prevent any impact on the normal operation of the equipment. Replacement Method and Techniques for Large齿圈 Determine the availability of the rotary kiln large gear ring and spring plate. Attach a dial indicator to the bottom of the sprocket ring on the rotary kiln, slow down the kiln rotation, and select the sprocket ring onMeasure the radial and tangential runout of the large sprocket at 8 points to determine if it is deformed. Also, measure the distance between two adjacent holes on the large sprocket, which indirectly reflects the wear on the bolt holes, to ascertain the usability of the spring plate. Remove the large gear ring of the rotary kiln.
