Xinxiang Great Wall's New Type Sand and Gravel Line Process

The ore raw materials extracted are initially broken and screened after coarse crushing and fed into a jaw crusher.

Then, the material is sequentially fed into the medium and fine cone crushers for crushing.

Simultaneously, the screening system is separated out.Material sizes ranging from 5 to 30mm are stored in the buffer bin of the sand-making machine and then fed into four vertical shaft crushers for crushing.

Subsequently, the products are conveyed to the finished product screening workshop via belt conveyors for sorting.

Crushing System

Screening system

Each fraction, after being crushed, will enter the corresponding material fineness screening system for fineness screening. The material that meets the requirements for a particular fraction will be processed in that specific crushing system.

Water Washing System

Separated by the screening systemMaterial ranging from 0 to 5mm first enters its respective sand washing system for further cleaning. The separated sand is then processed through a dewatering screen, and ultimately stored in the finished sand storage shed.

Wastewater Utilization System

After the muddy wastewater is dehydrated through a cyclone and a dewatering screen, the sludge flows into a lift tank and is then pumped to a horizontal sedimentation tank. The underflow is transported to a sludge tank by a plunger pump, while the clear water flows into a water tank for production use. The sludge in the sludge tank is fed into a press filter by a feed pump and the filtered cake is conveyed to the factory's storage area by a belt conveyor. The effluent is then discharged into the water tank for recirculation.

Storage System

Utilize fully enclosed finished material sheds to prevent dust from escaping, catering to the storage needs of natural sandstone, processed sand, and finished aggregates.
