Intelligent anaerobic ovens are used for special process requirements in the drying of precision electronic components, photolithography adhesive curing, and electronic ceramic materials, simulating a linear temperature rise environment. They are particularly suitable for the non-oxidation drying and baking process requirements in industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, COB packaging, hygiene, flexible PCB printing, and precise mold annealing. 1. The machine is equipped with MES communication functionality.
2. Human-machine interface and PLC, process/device/OP permissions can be differentiated based on the user.
3. The main temperature control is displayed in real-time on the human-machine interface.
4. Nitrogen flow display with human-machine interface, also capable of setting nitrogen ON/OFF through the human-machine interface, as per RECIPE settings.
5. Each machine is equipped with a scanner on both the upper and lower boxes.
6. Process condition parameters are input in a tabular format on the man-machine interface, and once entered in sequence, the system will automatically transfer to the temperature controller.
7. The system can connect with the customer's IT infrastructure. It offers the option to upload IT data via barcode, then receive process data either by comparison download from IT or by directly receiving the downloaded process data from IT. The system automatically writes the process to the temperature controller, achieving remote process download and avoiding errors in process selection by personnel.
8. The system provides main control point temperature, six-point temperatures, nitrogen flow values, and equipment status data for IT to connect and read, allowing clients to remotely monitor the equipment status at any time.
9. Over-temperature protector connected to man-machine interface, as per RECIPE settings.
10. Equipped with motor speed detection function, displaying the speed on the human-machine interface.
