A precision hot air oven is a high-functioning and highly reliable oven, featuring meticulously designed structure, material strength, insulation, and air circulation channels, as well as an aesthetically pleasing appearance and easy operation. The air circulation system utilizes horizontal circulation to deliver air, powered by a circulating motor that drives the fan through an electric heater, distributing hot air through the channels into the oven interior. Post-use air is then drawn back into the channels to be recirculated and reheated, achieving superior temperature uniformity with an accuracy of ±1.5%. In the event of disturbances caused by door opening and closing, the air circulation system quickly restores to the operational temperature value.

The temperature control is a PID microcomputer for automatic calculation and intelligent temperature control, with both PV/SV displayed simultaneously. It allows you to freely set the desired temperature within the machine's permissible temperature range according to your preference, and ensures the accuracy of temperature control through internal PID parameter settings.
The current controller utilizes imported silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) solid-state relays (SSR), ensuring no contact and spark phenomena, thus providing safety and maintaining high current stability. It automatically adjusts the output ratio through a temperature controller signal.

Ø Equipped with an internal forced-air circulation system, the air source is driven by a circulating motor to rotate the fan through an electric heater, delivering hot air to the oven interior via the ducts. Post-use, the hot air is drawn back into the ducts to be reused as the air source for further heating, thereby reducing energy loss and ensuring uniform temperature inside the oven. In case of disturbances caused by door opening and closing actions, the system quickly returns to the operational temperature value. The adjustable air intake and exhaust ports are configured for smooth air circulation, rapid air exchange, and to prevent excessive concentration of combustible gases, which could lead to spontaneous combustion and explosion.
