Sheet Mounting Curing: After the frame of the mounted sheet is completed, it is sent into the upstream oven. Close the chamber door, introduce nitrogen, and raise the clean oven temperature to 175°C. The curing process lasts approximately 1 hour, allowing the conductive silver adhesive used during the mounting process to solidify.
The heating temperature during the curing process of the coated film is 175°C. During this process, the silver conductive resin part is heated and decomposes to produce a small amount of organic waste gas (the amount of organic waste gas is calculated as 1.5% of the epoxy resin content), and the entire silver conductive adhesive volatilizes to produce organic waste gas. The main pollutants in this process are organic waste gas.
