Every step is strictly monitored, and our advantages over inferior products are evident: 1. Utilizes involute helical gears for direct transmission, achieving over 98% transmission efficiency. 2. Gear blanks are heat-treated after water forging to enhance the surface hardness; the gear surfaces are treated with carbonitriding, reaching a carbonitriding layer depth of 2.4mm, thereby extending the service life of the components; the hard gear surfaces are processed with silent precision grinding and chamfering techniques for quieter and smoother operation. 3. The main shaft and integral hollow shaft are manufactured from German-imported alloy structural steel, processed through water hardening, rough turning, heat treatment, fine turning, and precision grinding. This ensures a reasonable structure, uniform hardness, and improved fatigue resistance of the components, providing a guarantee for safe operation. 4. The transmission section uses imported Japanese bearings and American imported temperature-resistant fluororubber oil seals. Additionally, a lubrication return system is specially added, with oil circulation and cooling, and automatic timing oil lubrication. This ensures adequate lubrication of the bearings for smoother operation. 5. All bearings used in our granule forming system are silent bearings, and we have also added an oil recirculation cooling lubrication system, which extends bearing lifespan and ensures safer operation. Our wood chip granulator comes in various models to meet your diverse investment needs. We produce and manufacture granulators using mature vertical ring die granulators available on the market. This model has significant advantages over flat die feed ring dies, mainly consisting of four points: 1. Mold orientation. Vertical feeding, no arching, easy heat dissipation. 2. The mold is statically vertically mounted, making the machine easy to secure and ensuring smooth operation. 3. The pressure roller rotates, generating centrifugal force that distributes the material evenly around the perimeter. 4. Two-layer mold, suitable for both top and bottom use, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
