The Cyclone Tower, also known as the Cyclone Hybrid Spraying Tower, operates by drawing dust or waste gas with the force of a vacuum fan. During operation, some emulsified waste gas particles from painting and glue spraying are captured by the water curtain and fall into the pool. Most of the waste enters the high-speed cyclone guide track device, where paint mist, whirlwind, and water undergo a gas-liquid emulsification reaction at high speed. The high-speed operation of the pneumatic mixing device ensures that the paint mist and rotating liquid are thoroughly mixed, achieving paint separation under the force of centrifugal force.
