The MC series bag dust collector employs automatic dust removal and a downward airflow design to minimize secondary dust generation. The powerful pulse cleaning effect, combined with the downward airflow, ensures that 80% of the dust entering the collector directly settles in the hopper section without passing through the bag unit. Only 20% of the dust is filtered through the bag unit, significantly reducing the load on the bags, lowering the resistance of the dust removal system, and extending the lifespan of the bags. The positive pressure internal filtration system reduces equipment operating resistance and energy consumption by over 30% compared to traditional methods. The downward airflow design allows for the use of high-efficiency medium-pressure backward curved blade centrifugal fans, further reducing energy consumption. Considering the actual conditions of low dust concentration and total amount, manual dust removal is adopted, increasing the space for dust accumulation, reducing the load on the bags, lowering manufacturing costs, and static electricity filter material is vertically suspended, providing an increased filtration area and ensuring effective dust removal.
Baghouse dust collectors feature compact inlet and outlet ducts with low air flow resistance. The dust bag mouth is equipped with an elastic expansion ring, ensuring good sealing performance and reliability. Bag replacement can be carried out under normal operation conditions without stopping the system fan, in individual compartments of the cement mill dust collector. The cement mill-specific dust collector utilizes a segmented stop-vent pulse-jet cleaning technology, overcoming the drawbacks of conventional pulse and segmented reverse-jet dust collectors. The housing is designed for airtightness, with excellent sealing, and the inspection door is lined with superior sealing materials. Leaks are detected during the manufacturing process using kerosene, resulting in very low air leakage rates. The bag replacement is done by removing the dust frame from above, dropping the soiled bag into the hopper at the bottom of the housing, and then retrieving it through the manhole, which improves the bag replacement process. As the cement mill dust collector employs a segmented stop-vent pulse-jet cleaning method, a single blast can achieve thorough cleaning, thus extending the cleaning cycle and reducing energy consumption for cleaning, significantly lowering compressed air usage.
