Electroplating Exhaust Tower, also known as a Cyclone Spraying TowerIt is an exhaust gas treatment equipment, commonly used in electroplating and spray painting industries for exhaust gas purification. Typically, it handles acidic mist exhausts, hence also known as an acidic mist exhaust tower. The spray tower can not only treat acidic mist exhausts but also other types of exhausts, such as ammonia (NH3), hydrogen sulfide, VOC organic exhausts, domestic waste exhausts, waste combustion exhausts, or dust.
The product utilizes fluid mechanics technology to prevent clogging of pumps and nozzles, significantly enhancing production efficiency. The cyclone tower is equipped with several "circular vortex buckets" and high-efficiency demisting plates. Solid filling balls are placed inside the vortex buckets, while the upper demisting plates purify the water mist for dehydration purposes. Polluted gas rises in spirals within the tower and contacts the liquid spirals entering from the top on each plate, completing the dust removal task. Due to centrifugal force, large particles in the exhaust gas settle into the pond, and then are manually removed and cleaned from the casing, resulting in purified gas, meeting emission standards, and allowing the water in the cyclone tower to continue being recycled.
