The principle of current industrial dust control involves both improving processes to reduce the amount of dust generated and enhancing dust collection efficiency.

The operation of the solenoid valve is controlled by a programmable controller. During cleaning, the cleaning controller sends a command, causing the solenoid valve to release 0.5-0.7MPa compressed air at the moment of action. The compressed air is blown into the filter bag through small holes on the nozzle facing the filter bag at high speed. Simultaneously, it induces a secondary airflow several times the strength of the compressed air, creating an instantaneous shock wave that propagates downward along the entire length of the filter.
