Diaphragm Pump with Four-Pump Integrated Design

Using diaphragm pumps.Integrated design of four pumps: ink pump, solvent pump, recovery pump, and circulation pump.Replaced traditional gear pumps; does not require compressed air; compared to gear pumps, has the following advantages:

1) The service life is several times that of a gear pump.

2) Utilizing "bionics" research findings, it operates with nearly zero wear and has very low maintenance costs.

3) Gear pump mechanical friction will not affect the ink, significantly extending the ink's lifespan and reducing production costs.

4) Utilizes the Mole System design, with material consumption only 10-20% of traditional gas source machines, and 60-70% of gear pump machines.

 

Triple anti-clogging function for nozzles

Model A features an independent cleaning pump that automatically sprays solvent to clean the nozzle and recovery piping upon shutdown.Power on firstAutomatically spray solvent to clean the nozzle and recovery pipeline before applying ink.

The dual-valve structure of the B nozzle ensures that ink in the ink path system can be thoroughly cleaned and returned to the ink reservoir.

Achieve true nozzle full automatic cleaning. Reduce daily maintenance efforts, enhance equipment stability.

The C nozzle blade can be removed individually and placed in an ultrasonic solvent to resolve clogging issues.

Automatic Ink Viscosity Control System

Utilizing an ink viscosity control system with automatic adjustment, unaffected by environmental temperature changes or the duration of operation, ensuring consistent printing quality for the ink jet printer. The viscosity control employs a method of detecting the float's movement time, making it more accurate and reliable compared to other brands that use a dripping time method for ink detection.

Digital Circuit Control System

The "All-Digital Intelligent" menu system can automatically display all important parameter points in the digital display circuit system, such as operating data, and allows for digital adjustment, making the equipment's operating status clear at a glance.
