BarcodeQR Code

1. Achievable barcode printing for CODE 128A, 128B, 128C, EAN128, EAN13, CODE39, ITF2/5, etc.

2 Achievable sequential printing of barcodes/QR codes, which means the numeric sequential codes are displayed through the barcodes/QR codes. The barcode is at the top, followed by the sequential code below.

3. Achieve random printing of barcodes/QR codes (for electronic supervision codes), displaying the random numbers (random codes) from the database in the form of barcodes/QR codes.

   

Random Code

1. Print-able solid-state database data available in options of 1, 2, 3, or 4 rows, with customizable dot matrix.

Triple anti-blocking function for nozzles

A features an independent cleaning pump that automatically sprays solvent to clean the nozzle and recovery pipeline upon shutdown.At startup, firstAutomatically spray solvent to clean the nozzle and recovery pipeline before applying ink.

The dual-valve structure of the B nozzle ensures that ink in the ink path system can be thoroughly cleaned and returned to the ink reservoir.

Achieve true nozzle automatic cleaning. Reduce daily maintenance tasks, enhance equipment stability.

The C nozzle piece can be removed separately and placed in an ultrasonic solvent to resolve clogging issues.

Automatic Ink Viscosity Control System

Utilizing an ink viscosity control system with automatic adjustment, unaffected by environmental temperature changes or the duration of operation, ensuring consistent printing quality for the coder. Viscosity control is achieved by detecting the movement time of a float, which is more accurate and reliable compared to other brands that use drop-leakage time to measure ink.

Digital Circuit Control System

The "All-Digital Smart" menu system fully automatically displays and digitally adjusts all critical parameters and operating data points within the circuit and fluidic system, providing a clear and transparent view of the equipment's operating status.
