Diaphragm pump four-pump integrated design

Using diaphragm pumps,Integrated design of four pumps: mud pump, solvent pump, recovery pump, and circulation pump.Eliminated traditional gear pumps; does not require compressed air; compared to gear pumps, has the following advantages:

1) The lifespan is several times that of a gear pump.

2) Utilizing "bionics" research findings, it operates with near-zero wear and has low maintenance costs.

3) Gear pump mechanical friction has no effect on the ink, significantly extending ink life and reducing production costs.

4) Designed with the Mulu system, material consumption is only 10-20% of traditional gas-powered machines, and 60-70% of gear pump machines.

 

Triple anti-clogging function for nozzles

A features an independent cleaning pump that automatically sprays solvent to clean the nozzle and the recovery pipeline upon shutdown.At startup, firstAutomatically spray solvent to clean the nozzle and recovery piping before applying ink.

The dual-valve structure of the B nozzle ensures that ink in the ink path system can be thoroughly cleaned and returned to the ink reservoir.

Achieve truly automatic nozzle cleaning. Reduce daily maintenance efforts and enhance equipment operation stability.

The C nozzle plate can be removed individually and placed in an ultrasonic cleaner to resolve clogging issues.

Automatic Ink Viscosity Control System

Utilizing an ink viscosity control system with automatic adjustment, unaffected by environmental temperature changes or the duration of operation, ensuring the ink jet printer maintains consistent printing quality. The viscosity control is achieved by detecting the float movement time, which is more accurate and reliable compared to other brands that use drop-leak time for ink detection.

Digital Circuit Control System

The "All-Digital Intelligent" menu system can fully automatically display all important parameters and operating data points in the digital circuit and fluid path system, allowing for digital adjustment and providing a clear overview of the equipment's operational status.
