D70 Model — Standard Land Drill Rig
This drilling rig system is composed of the following six major components:
① Hoisting System Composition:Bore rigs, winches, sliding systems, wire ropes, cranes, trolleys, large hooks, etc.
(Functions: Lower drilling tools, casing, and control the drill bit and tools.)
② Rotation System Composition:Rotary tables, square drill rods, drill string faucets, top drive systems, downhole power drilling tools, etc.
(Functions: drive the rotation of drilling tools and bits to fracture rock, unscrew and screw on drilling tools, and connect the hoisting and mud circulation systems.)
③ Composition of the Recirculation System:Vibrating screen, sand separator, silt separator, etc.
(Used for circulating slurry liquid.)
④ Power System Components:Electric motors and diesel engines, etc.
(Functions: Drives winches, turntables, drilling pumps, and other working machines.)
⑤ Transmission System Composition:Speed reducers, clutches, shafts, chains, etc.
(Functions: Transfer and distribute the engine's energy to various working machines.)
⑥ Base System Composition:The drilling rig base is mainly composed of the drilling platform base, pump base, and bases for the main auxiliary equipment, etc., generally made by welding steel pipe materials.
(Functions: Facilitates the installation and stabilization of drilling equipment, meets the requirements for relocation or whole-drag construction, and is conducive to the installation of wellhead blowout preventers, as well as for personnel operation and maintenance.)
This drilling rig model is crafted to scale from the drawings, including components such as the derrick, winch, sliding system, wire rope, crane, carriage, large hook, turntable, square drill rod, drill pipe swivel, top drive system, downhole power drilling tools, vibration screen, desander, desilter, motor, diesel engine, reducer, clutch, shaft, chain, drilling platform base, and pump base, etc. It perfectly replicates the structural principles and site layout of the rig model, suitable for university experimental training and corporate on-the-job training!
