The model is designed using 300MW turbine drawings scaled at 1:10; the structure includes a high and medium pressure combined cylinder, low pressure cylinder, baffles, rotor, blades, nozzles, steam pipes, and main steam valve; powered operation with LED lighting simulation demonstration.

600MW Supercritical Steam Turbine Model

The 600MW turbine is a single-axis, three-cylinder, four-row, intermediate-reheat, air-cooled, condensing turbine; it consists of one high-medium pressure combined cylinder and two double-flow low-pressure cylinders; the high and medium-pressure turbines are a mixed type of impulse and reaction. Steam enters the turbine through the main steam valve and then flows to the regulating valve. The regulating valve controls the steam flow entering the high-pressure cylinder through the high-pressure steam inlet pipe.

The 600MW turbine model is designed proportionally to the 600MW turbine blueprints at a scale of 1:10; it includes a high-pressure and medium-pressure combined cylinder, low-pressure cylinder, baffles, baffle sleeves, rotor, blades, high-pressure nozzles, main steam pipes, and steam valves; an electrical simulation operation demonstration; LED light flow demonstration of steam operation.

The ultra-supercritical 1000MW steam turbine is a single-axis, four-cylinder, four-row type, sequentially connected from the turbine head to the tail, including one single-flow high-pressure cylinder, one double-flow medium-pressure cylinder, and two double-flow low-pressure cylinders; The ultra-supercritical 1000MW steam turbine model is designed in a 1:20 scale according to the drawings; The structure includes high and medium-pressure combined cylinders, low-pressure cylinders, baffles, baffle sleeves, rotors, blades, high-pressure nozzles, main steam pipes, high-pressure main steam valves, and medium-pressure main steam valves; Power-on simulation operation demonstration; LED lighting flow demonstration of steam operation.
