


Electric variable slot angle scraper unloader working principle
The electro-hydraulic犁式卸料机 is powered by an electric hydraulic push rod. During operation, the rod extends to act on the drive rod, propelling the frame forward, lowering the plow blade, and supporting the flat roller assembly, ensuring the conveyor belt working surface remains flat. The lower edge of the plow blade is tightly sealed against the belt surface, depositing materials from the running belt into the hopper (bucket) or at the desired location. Upon completion of unloading, the push rod retracts from the drive rod, moving the frame backward, lifting the plow blade, and the adjustable groove angle roller assembly transitions from flat to groove shape, restoring the conveyor belt working surface to a grooved state for smooth material passage. The electric hydraulic push rod, with its hydraulic transmission, features automatic overload protection. In case of obstruction, the oil circuit pressure increases to the set limit, and the overflow device quickly and accurately discharges, implementing overload protection. The motor operates within its rated values and will not be damaged.
