Find slope and cushioning专用 dry-mixed lightweight aggregate concrete
B-Type Dry Mixed Composite Concrete is primarily characterized by its light weight, which is 50% lighter than traditional lightweight aggregate concrete. It also boasts corrosion resistance, frost-thaw resistance, and seismic resistance, making it ideal for roof insulation and leveling in construction.
Ideal material for slopes and indoor sublayers, the rapid development and maturation of lightweight aggregate concrete in recent years have led to the conclusion that the acquisition and improvement of the excellent properties of lightweight aggregate concrete materials require structural changes. Due to the inherent characteristics of B-type dry-mixed composite lightweight aggregate sublayers, many experts have discussed the compressive strength, crack resistance, and other properties of lightweight aggregate concrete over the years. Tests have shown that the strength of composite lightweight aggregate concrete at the same period is related to the type and amount of mineral admixtures. Through repeated tests, we have determined the optimal proportions of lightweight aggregates, supplementary cementitious materials, additives, and other components, as well as their collaborative ratio parameters under pressure and light conditions.
A new type of B-grade dry mixed composite lightweight aggregate bedding layer, boasting superior comprehensive quality in terms of material and thermal insulation. The B-grade dry mixed composite lightweight aggregate bedding layer enhances insulation, heat preservation, sound insulation, and load-bearing between floors; it reduces roof load; facilitates the arrangement of underground pipelines and equipment. It can also prevent moisture from rising in the building, maintain dryness on the floors, and is particularly beneficial for preserving the shape and color of various wooden, plastic, and ceramic flooring, as well as for moisture and water prevention in basements, while reducing the building load and construction costs. The composite lightweight aggregate is made by blending crushed waste particles with inorganic cementitious materials, mixed with pre-mixed bedding powder and water on-site to form the B-grade composite lightweight aggregate concrete bedding layer. The B-grade composite lightweight aggregate concrete features its lightweight nature, excellent construction performance, quantitative packaging that requires no on-site weighing, simple mixing technology, and high compressive strength. The layer can bear loads and can be laid with a drainage slope as per usage requirements, greatly facilitating design and construction. The B-grade composite lightweight aggregate concrete bedding layer enhances the load-bearing capacity between floors.
Insulation, heat preservation, soundproofing, and load-bearing capacity; facilitates the arrangement and installation of underground pipelines. Also, it can prevent moisture from rising in floors, maintaining dryness which is highly beneficial for protecting wooden, plastic, and ceramic floors from warping and fading, as well as for moisture and water resistance in basements. It also reduces the load on the structure and construction costs. This product is waste-free and does not require burning or steaming, promoting low-carbon, energy-saving, and environmental protection, in line with national development requirements.
