Vapor-treated wooden pallets are a specialized wooden product made from solid wood, designed to bear heavy loads. After multiple drying and shaping treatments to eliminate internal stresses and reduce moisture, the wood is processed through precise techniques such as cutting, planing, notching, edging, and sanding to form shaped boards. These boards are then assembled into semi-finished pallets using nails or nuts with anti-loosening features. The pallets are further refined, treated for anti-slip properties, and coated with wax.
Vapor treatment is a method to prevent harmful pests and diseases from causing damage, thus we meticulously select solid wood board materials with good hardness, high bending strength, solid construction, and resistance to deformation. During the cooperation between vapor-treated wooden pallets and forklifts, attention must be given to the additional load capacity of the pallets; when using with racks, overloading is strictly prohibited. Particularly when using with through-aisle shelving systems, higher span requirements for the pallets are necessary. If needed, steel pipes should be added to the bottom of the pallets based on the usage scenario to increase the load capacity on the shelves. Generally, the additional dynamic load of vapor-treated wooden pallets does not exceed 2 tons, and the regular load capacity ranges from 1,000KG to 5,000KG, with the designed load capacity of the pallets reaching approximately 10 tons.
